In this short video is speaking Jeff Alexander, co-owner of
Kopper Chocolate, about the chocolate manufacture.
Chocolate started in 1937, that was started by two
gentlemen, his grandfather and David Kopper. They produce about 450 different
kinds of chocolate. When the company started, they were the only company in a country,
they began to produce lentils, small chocolate disks with chocolate feeling and
covered by coloured surface with shine. Their product is special. And the
chocolate is very popular in the world.
In Kopper Chocolate are 50 employees. The company sales are
10 – 15 million dollars.
